Grounded in What Works
You don't need to be strong, flexible, or steady yet — you just need to show up. Every session meets your body where it is: your breath, your range, your pace. With consistency, you'll feel the progress — in your posture, your breath, the way you move through your day.
Most members notice it inside three weeks — more strength, easier sleep, steadier energy through the day. By week six, movement starts to feel like yours.

Real members. Real momentum.
Hundreds of members have made Kinetic House their room. Here's what keeps them coming back.

"I walked in never having touched a barbell and left feeling like I belonged. Six months on I'm stronger that I've ever been - and I actually look forward to Monday."
"I've tried a lot of gyms and Kinetic House is the first one that actually kept me coming back. The instructor take the time to fix your form instead of just yelling numbers at you, and the community here genuinely feels like people want to see you improve. Six months in and I'm stronger than I've ever been."
"I started with the Pilates and mobility classes because I was intimidated by the weight room, and honestly it's become my favorite part of the week. The studio itself is beautiful, but what keeps me there is how welcoming everyone is — no judgment, just good energy and instructors who actually pay attention to you."

Questions, answered.
I'm brand new to fitness. Can I keep up?
A: Yes. Every class here scales for all levels, and you're in a room of twelve people max—your coach sees you and adjusts what you're doing as you go. Nobody's judging where you're starting; we're focused on where you're heading. Show up, do the work at your pace, and consistency does the rest. Most of our members started exactly where you are.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just yourself, comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. We provide mats, weights, and all other equipment, so no need to bring your own gear. For Pilates and yoga classes, we recommend socks or bare feet — shoes are optional but not needed.
How do I book classes?
You can book directly through our app or website — just create a free account, browse the schedule, and reserve your spot in a few taps. We recommend booking at least a few hours ahead since popular classes fill up fast.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes, anytime. Just head to your account settings to pause or cancel — no phone calls or cancellation fees required. If you're taking a short break, pausing keeps your membership active for when you're ready to come back.
Is the free intro class really free?
Yep, completely free, no credit card required. It's just our way of letting you try a class and meet the coaches before deciding if Kinetic House is the right fit for you.
Dedicated to helping you.

Simone Ellis
Head Instructor, Pilates & Yoga
Simone coaches the studio's pilates and yoga classes, focused on building real-world strength through compound, full-body movement.
She spent years training athletes before moving into group coaching and loves scaling movements so it challenges everyone in the room, from beginner to advanced. Off the floor, she's training for her next half marathon.
Marcus Reilly
Head Instructor, Strength
A former competitive powerlifter with 15+ years of coaching experience, Marcus leads the bootcamp programming at Kinetic House.
He's known for breaking down movements into simple, repeatable cues — and for believing consistency beats intensity every time.
Kevin Nakamura
Mobility & Conditioning Instructor
Kevin runs the rowing and resistance-band conditioning blocks, blending his gymnastics background with a focus on functional mobility.
He's the coach who catches the small form fix that makes the whole session click, and he's just as comfortable leading a mobility flow as a sweat-heavy row.
